Then adding to Toyota 's service, I received top class professional service from processing sales documents; to one on one tuition; to leaving the car sales floor. Elelawish was brilliant. I bought signature class toyota car after 4 days I open battery cover and even fuel cap very dirty not even proper grooming the vehicle poor quality very careful when you buy from them

We had a great experience starting from the first visit we had at Manukau Toyota with Ken assisting us for our test drive and the time we had conversations with him understanding about the process of purchase and available choices we have for their new Toyota range. Ken says from the first day we have met him that he makes sure he looks after his clients and he surely did looked after us, making sure we get constant updates of the car we decided to purchase. We went with getting the new Toyota Corolla Cross 2023 and initially it was scheduled to arrive in April 2023. But luckily, Ken got us the car as early as February after someone backed out with the deal. We are super happy with everything! The car is perfect for me and my husband. Did a service with these guys. After picking up the car they tell me I need a wheel alignment. Why didn’t you just call me and ask me if I wanted to get it done? You had the car for the whole day…it’s such a waste of time rebooking…

I recently lost my vehicle so went shopping for a new vehicle and found one I had seen online at Manukau toyota so of I went and the service I received on site was just out of this world the sales rep Dougal went out of his way to help me out, and the service of Joseph Shin were outstanding and understanding my situation the application had a few issues from my previous vehicle but we got there to me we had an outstanding outcome and service

Ken is a amazing guy like always.
This is my third Toyota vehicle with him. Apart from current wait time which is little bit annoying, everything was superb. I highly recommend Ken as your salesperson. When Ken came to know about my frustration with current wait time with my other two vehicle, he help me out of his way and organise Toyota Camry. Thanks buddy for Toyota Camry.
