My first new car for many many years, from de first moment I walked through the doors of Manukau Toyota I was made feel welcome, Ken a very friendly helpfull sales person showed me everything I needed to know and helped me to make the right choice, I had to wait months for the car to arrive, Samson professionally prepared all the paper work and made it all A breeze, today was the day I was presented with a beautiful black RAV4, it certainly was worth the wait, Ken showed me all the new features of my new beast, I certainly recommend Manukau Toyota, I drove off with my new car knowing I can rely on my friends at this dealership, try it you can’t go wrong!

We first stopped in maybe back in Feb after a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted. Covid-19 hit and I'll be honest I was sure the car would never arrive. I did forget about it for a bit with my business hitting a small bump, but fast forward to today & being handed the keys it was definitely all worth it, and Ken Tso has been a superstar throughout. Thank you Ken and Pam for being so responsive to all of our needs and patient as we have worked through whether this was the best time to buy or not! People would probably say it's your job but after everything we have put you through the fact you are still smiling is a testament to your commitment to the customer. We could not recommend Manukau Toyota enough!

The booking car in was easy, car service was 5star, the timeline to do the service was a 2star and the 2 was for their politeness. Booked for 9, was told they needed till 1pm. I'd made other commitments as last time it only took an hour, told 10 would work, got a call after 11 to say it nearly ready, left with car at 11.45.still feeling grrr as I'd rescheduled other people twice.

Fantastic service from these guys, have brought the car in for a service and a warrant and have only ever had professional service from them highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Manukau Toyota since 1999. Their service in tems of quality, price and friendliness is second to none. They have kept my car WOF'd and serviced for all those years since I bought it - from them, of course.

Went in for recall and WOF, WOF can't be done because they can't find my LVV certification plate, I feel like this can be a call to me because it's just there in the boot, but they did excellent job at servicing my car, and actually oiled my wheels!
people working there do however look very busy and stressed.

The parts people are pretty useless. I called them twice for a small part.at both times I was told I'd be given a call back but they never called back.perhaps they dont even know to keep a 'to do' list.

Worst dealer ever trying to get my car in to get checked out covered by Toyota all I get was a no we can’t take your car in we can’t provide you a loan car I’ll transfer you to the comercial and then got no answer for them and got hung up on nothing but Rude

Service department great. Helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention the yum hot chocolate while waiting for the car. Shame Dion has left! Only 4 stars as it was a shame one cannot use the electric charger as it is blocked by petrol cars. Sales department good to deal with also, had a few test drives and 1 purchase. Overall keep up the good work.

The level of service at this franchise was exemplary, courteous and greatly appreciated, and the car got it's Warren of fitness too!

Got our Toyota Lexus back, car had an issue. Brendan & Jarrod looked into it again, got call early next morning Friday car ready to be picked up. Prompt service with Xtra effort appreciated. Ej technican worked thru the night even thou its Christmas. Cheers Jarrod.

We bought our Rav4 from Manukau Toyota. Thomas was great to deal with from start to finish. He explained every detail of the car and answered all our questions in a very friendly and non pushy manner. Thanks to Karl and Joseph for making the paper work a simple process. Would highly recommend them for a non pushy sale and good customer service.
