I am very impressed with the Service from Toyota Manukau From the start, meeting with Ken Tso new car sales consultant explaining and show me the new Rav4 to me, and also the benefits of having a hybrid vehicle. Then the finance offers from the business manager Joseph Shin, advising of the different rates and the repayments option to me. I purchased 2 Rav4 hybrid for the business. I have no hesitation in recommending both Ken and Joseph if you are looking for new vehicle and finance. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from them. I'm extremely fussy with how things are done and my expectations were well and truly exceeded.

Not happy with the car nor service. Since the date of ownership, the car has gone in 3x for screeching brakes. Shut down fully and had to get towed to the dealership. They keep saying it’s dust that makes brakes squeak. I don’t drive into dirt and nor have my previous used cars made those noises.

Furthermore, I asked them to specifically fix my charging port in the front and told them that my iPhone, nor my friends iPhones don’t work.

The issue wasn’t fixed after 3 days. They told me they checked the 5 usb’s, when I specially mentioned the iPhone part.

They didn’t apologise for the miscommunication, my time being wasted. I also feel they’re always trying to rush through with the service. Take some ownership if you’ve stuffed up.

It’s a shame as Toyota is known as the friendly and reliable brand. Will NEVER purchase another car from here again.

Despite a long wait to import the car (not their fault, just the way things are at the moment!), I'm very happy with the experience with this Toyota branch.

Purchased a car online due to alert level 3 restrictions. Harris Li and Samson Wong were really helpful during the whole process, answered my emails promptly, and sent the car as soon as they could. First contact to driving the vehicle was about 3 weeks, incl. 1 week transport.

I bought a brand new land cruiser lC200 car, but now I have only bought it and traveled 18,000 kilometers a year and four months. How could it rust like this? I have never been to cross-country roads, have never been to the beach, have never been to water, is this Land Cruiser I bought a refurbished old car?

Great place to get a car. Ken was great help from helping us choose the right car to the final stage of picking up the car. Even though we are in level three the system was still easy as Ken kept us updated throughout the whole process. Poor customer service we booked test drive for highlander at 1 pm and we reached before 1 pm at showroom in fornt of us they gave car to the another costumer for test drive. Had bad experience.
