This is my second time buying and I was glad that I called and met Ken.
Both Ken and Samson looked after the sale with an exceptional service.
Nothing else that I could expect for.
All the payment/ insurance/ trade in procedures were very easy and well explained by Samson.
Ken is an extremely good sale person, the showroom closes at 5: 30pm and at 5.30pm Ken was still trying to secure the last Rav4 Crystal Pearl for me.
The entire trade-in and purchase experience was great.

This is my 2nd Rav4 that I have bought from Ken Tso at Manukau Toyota in last 18 months. Ken provided excellent friendly service with no pressure. I like Ken cos he is honest and no Bull####. Example: I ordered rubber mats then I decided to change last minute to carpet mat, Ken immediately went and got me carpets mats no questions asked. Its worth the 5 months wait when dealing with Ken. Ken kept me updated throughout the process and made the buying seem easy. I live in Mt Eden and don't mind traveling the extra miles to Manukau Toyota for Ken's great service. Also Joseph provided great service with the money and insurance side of things. He provided many options promptly. Both are Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Will definitely go back to them for my next vehicle. Highly recommend.

Dropped off my car for 2-year/30k servicing and requested it not be groomed nor washed (I had it professionally cleaned and detailed the day before). Picked up the car and noticed it had been washed, partially dried and left out in the sun - hard water spots covered ALL windows, front/rear windshields and plastic trim (roof rails and tail lights) which now need to be buffed out and detailed again… Given the nature of buffing plastic, I doubt it will hold up a second round of detailing. I was left a nice gift as well; a coffee cup in the front passenger cup holder. I now have to fork out more $$$ and get a detailer to fix the mess they created - NOT pleased nor happy about this AT ALL. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on earlier reviews but nothing has been done to fix it.
