Such a quick, easy process. Novus handled my claim directly with my insurer. The work was done quickly. Communication was fantastic from start to finish.

I need a new windscreen. I tried to call the North Shore Branch on Monday last week, and there was no answer. I left a message to call me as their answering machine requested.
That was a week ago, and I have not yet heard from them.
Earlier this year, I had a new drivers door window fitted at Silverdale, and their communication was also atrocious.
I'm not sure how they are still in business.

The team at Novus north shore booked us in a short notice. Not required a stone chip repair before so wasn't sure how it all works.

All of the team at the Rosedale branch were really friendly, very helpful and informative. We were in and out in less than 30 mins.

Some places you get great service, but great service with a smile and being informative is what makes it awesome service.

These NOVUS North Shore guys are the best. I had a cracked windscreen (BMW330e) and they replaced it the following day. Their service and professionalism is second to none with friendly staff and no-nonsense owner/manager John. The job included rain-sensor glass and cruise-control camera scanning, and is as good as the factory fitted original. They were recommended by my insurance company and I wouldn’t hesitate to do the same for anyone looking for repair or replacement of vehicle glass and 10/10 service. Highly recommended

Booked a week ahead then called them a day before and they say we haven't ordered the windscreen so they can't do it!

If you book someone in, it's your job to get the parts!

Booked online, got a phone confirmation in less than 24 hrs. Technician called ahead on the day to confirm eta and arrived on time. Super efficient and professional team.

Not impressed with any novus branch tried ringing several and all went to voice mail my daughter had same experience a few weeks earlier wheres the personal touch novus
Consequently we both used smith and smith who gave great service and answered there phones to take bookings

I would like to share my experience in this review
i called in to ask for a new windscreen as i thought mine was leaking they were happy to spend a good half hour telling me it was not the windscreen and after pulling apart the front passenger well showed me it was my air conditioning drain pipe that was blocked
from my experience i own a land cruiser and have had windscreens fitted before that leaked from other glass company's and the last one was fitted by these guys two years ago the service and the people that work here are professional and cannot do enough for you i am happy for any body to call me

Waste of time, Asked the receptionist twice for the price and explained if it goes over 2k, the excess will be required from the insurer. She assured me twice the total price was $1900 inclusive, only to be told by the insurer it has gone over 2k and excess is required. Spoke to receptionist clearly doesn't like her job, her boss.not interested sounds like she's chewing on KFC at her desk. Job canceled.

The only thing that may not match up is the KFC besides that.everything was very clear.

Why not explain further? Because you dropped ball and take no accountability.

I booked online, got an email confirmation, then called on the day to confirm, and they didn't have my booking, they had been given the wrong phone number (although it was correct in the confirmation email). Seems like a broken booking system. (Thanks for personally responding, I appreciate the effort, review updated as the repair was handled very smoothly and they saved me driving in by passing the car to/from a local mechanic without my intervention).

Fast and friendly windscreen service, friendly staff when calling in, very accommodating. Only thing I had to correct was the wipers hadn't been set correctly after windshield had been replaced, had to get that fixed. But over and above - satisfied with service.

Not happy technician come out to me take the screen out to find ONE small rust hole BELOW the screen he would not put it in so frustrateing knowing he should have the experience to say stop get your car to some we’re that can fix the rust so your car is not in your driveway undeliverable
