Simple, seamless, professional and friendly service from start to finish. Booked in for a windscreen repair which though I’m used to a home visit, was actually a better experience as I could get on with some work and have a coffee while the work was done. Enjoyed the batter after with the technicians. Was very surprised that everything paperwork wise was done for me. Clearly everyone happy to work here and it shows.

Maraea Te Tai has looked after me booking me in & helping me change my appointment. Mata was the installer who was polite, professional & awesome attitude. Highly recommend Novus Glass rather than Smith & Smith, as Novus focuses on the needs of the customer, keeping you informed & happy!

Had my Windscreen replaced. Extremely helpful staff. Processed all my Insurance for me, completely hassle free. Nice air conditioned waiting room with a coffee machine, free wifi and a huge boardroom table to catch up on some work. My dog was welcome too which was a huge bonus. Would definitely use Novus Albany again.top notch

Assessment and replacement of windscreen was done very diligently and with superb customer service from every member of the team.
Having been through horrible experience with Smith&Smith and an average experience with Novus Penrose I will definitely only go to Novus North Shore again.

Great service from start to finish. Had a nightmare experience with Smith and Smith Henderson and asked my insurance provider to redirect me to these guys as a repairer. The two experiences couldn’t have been more different.
Would happily recommend to anyone.

Friendly and skilled stuff, did a great front screen replacement job on my car while I was waiting in a nice waiting room. They also have a coffee machine where you can get coffee for free

Don't use these guys they will just waste your time. Turn up 3 hours early and couldn't even do the job. They had a week to turn up on time which they had arranged. Very poor attitude. So at least now I know not use them in the future. Absolutely useless

Not recommended. They broke the dashboard while fixing the windscreen, so I have to go back another time to get the dashboard fixed.

Many thanks to Helen and the team at Novus Rosedale. Helen co-ordinated with Tower & Mazda to get the cracked windscreen replaced and cameras recalibrated. Excellent customer service, prompt and efficient.

Quick and easy with friendly staff. I messed up a booking and they happy changed it with no issues. Turns out I didn't need the repair in the end and they explained why and what to look out for. They were happy to quote for jobs too with out needing all your details making quick viset and calls super easy. Thanks guys keep it up

We initially had an issue with a squeaking new wind screen that had been installed by Novus Newtown Wellington.
However after Novus Nth Shore investigated the situation and rectified the problem we now have a squeak free windscreen) Really friendly helpful staff

Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever head. Would stay clear of this company! Was mucked around for weeks and the job they did do was terrible.

Major cracked windscreen straight after Easter. A huge thank you to John Riley and the whole team who took the time to make time on the Tuesday to fit me in and replace the widescreen in a fast timely manor when everyone else I called said no can do. This just shows the cut of the man and team at Novus Albany. 100% recommended

Wonderful and quick service for windscreen repairs. Very comfortable sofas too to rest in while you wait!

This company advised us that the windscreen they had ordered for us had been broken by the courier. They ordered another one which was fitted and then we received an astronomical bill. We asked for quotes from other companies which were around $450 fitted and incl. Novus's bill to us was $764. When we queried this we were given a real run around and have never been able to get an invoice from them. Beware using this company! The manager is a real talker.

Not impressed with this service at all. Had my windscreen replaced, which was fine. However, once I got back into my car, I noticed the microphone for my headunit was left just dangling from a wire instead of being clipped back on to the roof lining properly.

Following me correcting this issue myself, my windscreen rubber flew off at only 80km/h! Their solution? Double sided tape ‍️ However, I was reassured that this job would last an 800 odd km trip to the South Island.got as far as Taupo before both sides of the rubber flew off! Thankfully the kind people at the Taupo and Levin branches were happy to book me in to fix it properly.

Overall, couldn’t be happier with Novus’s services.just as long as it’s not their Albany branch
