Terrible service. Booked in with mobile technician to come fix windscreen. Rings half an hour before he is supposed to be here says he can't make it fair enough things happen. Re book for 3 days later same thing happens. Booked car in for a 2 pm appointment get told by arrogant technician can't fix my windscreen so someone from the office will ring and re book you. I said don't bother found a way better service with smith and smith actually look after their customers ;)
