What an awesome place. John super helpful and saved me having to replace my whole screen for a small chip.

Seamless experience. Had a cracked windscreen from a stone, got in contact with the team, and the windscreen was replaced in half a day. Super friendly and helpful team.

Novus North Shore excellent service provided from start to completion of the removal and fitting of new windscreen. Highly recommend Novus to all needing either windscreen or chip repair.

Seriously great service, I dropped my Ute early, it was finished 2 hours before the scheduled time. I got a call 45 minutes before it would be ready so I could pick it up.
Really nice job.

I can’t be bothered giving this any more energy, but quite simply, very bad, expect to be messed around, and several delays.

Without going full Karen, this was quite easily the worst customer service I have ever received.

I went to “Quality windscreen repair” in the end after 2.5 weeks of trying to sort this nonsense out.
They came the next day, did it on the spot and was $20 cheaper.

Incredibly hard to get in touch with and 2 no shows.

On day of repair which was scheduled to be before 1PM (had confirmation via email)
No show, tried to call, no response, left messages, no answer.
Got through next day.
Rebooked it then another no show.
Don’t bother
Couple weeks of faffing about.

What a great experience! The office staff were friendly, and efficient. The chip repair was done to a high standard, and done on time. The staff made this a hassle free and painless experience.

Left a phone message, their return call rang once and stopped.i rang back immediately and left another message. One week on still no reply

Guys are brilliant. Arranged for a mobile windscreen replacement online and they communicated well, came and got the job done quickly and did it to an excellent standard.

I went today to repair my windscreen. Since I only have one day off. I met John over there and he did excellent job. He understood my situation and went beyond and above the help me and fix my windscreen. After job done it was like brand new. Thank you John your kindness and your professionalism. If you go there meet John. He is best in the business

Wouldn't recommend.
Staff doing property visit seemed over worked. Severe lack of communication from office staff. Shards of broken glass were left lying on the ground in my driveway.
Giving 2 star as job was complete eventually and seems to be to a good standard.

5/5 rating for the technician who came and replaced my windscreen! He was super friendly and made sure to call when he was on his way. The job was done excellently and efficiently

1/5 rating for the customer care team at the albany branch as they were bloody useless. Tried to tell me the day before my booking that I might have to reschedule but then never heard from them again.called them the morning of my booking and they were extremely rude and hung up on me halfway through the call when I was just politely trying to confirm whether or not they were coming today due to the text I received the day before.

I wouldn't go there twice, it took more than a month to get one job right (windscreen replacement)

There are just too many this and that and no admission of their fault

Although it is clearly their fault, they will still ask the customer who will be paying for the repair cost?

All I wanted to hear was "sorry, we will fix it"

I won't expect that from these guys

I just got my car from Novus after windscreen replacement and I am really upset with their professionalism. Seats, dashboard and floor in my car are covered with tiny pieces of glass and glass dust. I can understand that it can happens during the work but leaving stuff like that without cleaning is a sign of quality business.
