Had the quarter window replaced after being broken into. The staff were friendly, it was fixed promptly, and was so easy to organise with my insurance. Even vacuumed up the broken glass off my back seat. Thanks heaps guys!

Average experience.the waiting room for the customer was freezing cold and the remote for the heatpump was lost. I probably expected too much with a clean windscreen after fixing it, as it was still same dirty as before and only the chipped area got (hopefully) cleaned. They could make such a good impression by giving you the car back with a perfect windscreen. Didn't happen.
Service was okay, chipped screen is fixed.

I had a great experience at Novus Albany yesterday, the receptionist was super onto it and very friendly, she made everything easy and kept me in the loop with timings. My windscreen was replaced in 4 hours and they even returned my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! Thank you Novus!

Couple of years ago my panel beater got them to remove and refit windscreen for rust repairs on A pillar, I then found out they cut the mini USB cable of my dash cam instead of pulling out from its socket at 3cm away.

This time round, managed to rip the suction cup of my other dash cam off. Technician could have asked advise from my dad who dropped of the vehicle as he's a auto mechanic for 30+ years.

Add to the list, wipers is also misaligned. Not too difficult to rectify given I have support at home but that's what I would expect even from an insurance paid job

Don't rake your car there!
Worst service ever!
Technician showed up, broke holding brackets while removing my windscreen, lost nuts and bolts from the panel below in the process and scratched my paint while removing glue. When I asked him to stop scraping that he's damaging paint, he responded "this is quite normal".
I stopped him right there and went to Smith and Smith. Best service ever and very professional and use modern tools.
I'm still waiting on Novus to compensate for all the damages they made and guess what, they are refusing to making any damages when I have photos to prove it. What a joke and unprofessional way to deal with it.
If this is not resolved with my insurance, next trip is to small claims court.
Such a dissapointment.

Awesome service. Very helpful and friendly service area and office staff who kept me fully informed. It was a bonus to have the screen replaced at my home by Mata who did a great job. This is the standard all companies should strive for. It makes for a really great customer experience and one I am happy to tell friends about. Thanks heaps.

When service is so good it makes poor service stand out even more. I cannot remember the last time I was so impressed with an operation from ground up. I was greeted as if I was their only customer, informed of my options without falling on my ignorance and left feeling it was the experience as much as the result that I came in for.
Highly recommended!

Good quick hassle free service, very personable. Compared to the intrusive privacy policy that Smith and Smith make you agree to (we share your personal data with everyone), there was no such requirement with Novus. Well done, Novus, you are now officially my preferred windscreen repairer!

I have just had the windscreen replaced in my 2020 Ford Mustang. The service was good and workmanship seems okay certainly no scratches to the paint work and hopefully there will be no issues with the replacement windscreen over time. I was concerned about the 17km “road test. ” I understand that the lane departure and cruise control would need checking after recalibration but thought the distance taken to do this was excessive. I know I can’t get the km’s back but I just wonder what sort of driving took place during the “road test”

Called three times and left three messages about a job and never got a call back, even after a couple of days. Called up two of their competitors and left messages and had a call backs within 3 hours. I would suggest you update your systems.
