This is the second time I have used PlumbQuick in the past six months. Two different guys, both professional, friendly and on time. Assessed the problem, communicated the solution and got it done. Would happily use them again.

I called because water, from no apparent source, had soaked into carpet at floor level. Plumquick, true to their name, had a plumber on site very quickly. He identified the likely source, removed a section of the wall and effected the repair of 2 offending pipes. Great job, little mess.

Rang, answered, asked what was wrong, address delivered etc etc, agreed, called 20 minutes out, arrived, did a couple of checks then did repair, explanation given and understood, paid the man, he sent invoice for repair and receipt, also sent a invoice for replacement if needed. Osum job done now we have hot water instead of Luke warm to cold.
A great service, a good man, a job well done.

Plumbing issues are never going to come at a convenient time, so you need a quick response and resolution.

Dean turned up earlier than anticipated, resolved the two problems and gave great forward looking advice.

Great service all round. The tradesman (sorry forgot his name) was both friendly and professional. He gave me a full run down of what he believed the most likely issue was with my shower leak and how he would go about fixing it. He happily answered all my questions and seem highly knowledgeable of his trade. His work was both quick and tidy looking. After completing the job, he explained when the shower could be used again and what to look for to ensure that the issue was resolved. I Would highly recommend this company.

Ended up needing a replacement. Gave a quote and answered all my questions. Told me exactly what I needed to do (scaffold/electrical etc) Job done professionally with recommendations made to replace some fittings for maintenance and reliability. Very confident trades person provided.

I had a really old hot water cylinder that was leaking, called and had a booking with Zane in Christchurch, to sort out situation, very quickly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Excellent communication. Within a hour he had sourced a cylinder and returned to fit it. He took great care when removing old one, and once new one was in place he refitted the wooden cupboard with a fabulous result. He cleaned up very well, after job done. Highly recommend this tradesman and firm. AAA+

We had a plumbing problem with an ancient hot water cylinder in the kitchen. The cylinder was making the electricity in the house fail and the electrician could not handle a plumbing problem.
Plumbquick sent a person to Assess the problem on the same morning I contacted them which I thought remarkable since there is chaos in Auckland at present form the floods. He was meant to assess only, but he took a look and said you don't need the little cylinder in the kitchen and I can run a line from your main cylinder and it is a little job so I can do it right now myself.

The guy that came and fix my plumbed fridge was great. I was able to send a photo to him to show what was the problem, he rung me and asked a couple of questions and was able to bring the part with him so he didn't need to do a second trip. He was friendly, polite and completed the job in a satisfying time and manner. Would use this company again and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

Tom from Plumb Quick did a great job of clearing my drain after the Auckland floods. He also discussed ideas of how to prevent further flooding.
