Fast and quick as the name implies, great guy Ronal turned up and completed the the repair. Competent and really polite.liked him immediately which is a good thing.

I had flushed my car key down the toilet and it was in the pipes. From calling in the afternoon, the person who answered the telephone (I think Kylie) gave me all the details I needed and assured me someone could come out on that day, she was very good. Kane responded and called me almost instantly, fantastic service. Both him and Lucas did a stellar job and successfully retrieved my key, they knew exactly what to do and their expertise didn’t go unnoticed to make it as easy as possible with as little interference with the property as possible. 5* service for sure. Nice people who were very good at what they do!

Would highly recommend, great service and great professionals, would use again (although hopefully I won’t need to!).

I’ve used Plumbquick in the past and had a good experience which is why I returned. The initial contact process was well managed. A time was set to attend but on the day I was informed by text that the plumber had called in sick. I rescheduled for the following day and then…. No one arrived. When I called to see what had happened the nice woman at the call center had difficulty finding the details of my job but then confirmed was able to confirm it’d should have been done at 10.30am that day. She couldn’t get hold of the plumber at fault and said best she could do was to “escalate to head office’”. I asked when I could expect a response and was told within an hour. After 90 mins I called back, repeated my tale of woe and was told that my details could not be found on their system and that head office had closed half an hour after my first phone call! Was again assured that issue would be “escalated to head office” but also informed that they were now fully booked until Tuesday (this was Thursday evening before a long weekend) so my job wouldn’t be able to be done. Not impressed!
I’m still waiting to hear from “head office” ……
I contacted another company that evening who arrived next morning on time and did a fantastic job.
Really disappointing experience and I won’t be using Plumbquick again.

We had a leaky toilet and called Plumbquick to investigate. They were responsive and came out to check out the problem within a couple of days. The plumber stayed for a total of 6 minutes and all he did was remove and wash a part. We were charged almost $90 for this visit.

The plumber told us that he didn't know what the issue was but that he'd made it 'better'. In fact, after the plumber's visit the previously small leak we had had turned into a persistent leak.

The plumber told us that to fix the issue permanently we would have to replace the part or buy a new toilet altogether. He recommended the latter option and gave us a quote for the job. When I asked if they could deduct the $90 from the quote, given that they didn't actually fix the toilet but made it worse, they said no. We wanted to work with Plumbquick to select a new toilet whose footprint would avoid us having to re-tile the whole bathroom but were told the plumber 'would not guarantee' this. Customer services staff were hard to reach and quite dismissive and my interactions with them made me feel like they were just looking to push an extra sale through with no regard for the consequences to their customers.

Long story short my father in law with absolutely no plumbing experience managed to fix the toilet a week later. While I'm happy the toilet is fixed, I question why a tradesman who supposedly has experience in this area couldn't fix it. This coupled with what I felt like was a push to upsell means I won't be using Plumbquick again and would not recommend them to others.

Pete Howard turned up to examine why hot water cylinder was tripping the switch, within minutes was replacing the emersion heater [that was 30 yrs old] and we were back up and running within the hour. We only lodged the job 4pm Saturday and was completed by 1pm Monday. Excellent job all round. Highly recommended!

I made a booking on 24/11 for 25/11 for install kitchen sink. A staff came, after 5 minutes he said a part of waste disposal needed to replace and he could supply that. He said he went to buy it then he said it was out of stock and he would come back on Monday 29/11. I was waiting until 6pm 29/11, no phone call no text no email, nobody showed up. I called to cancel the booking. The day after 30/11 he called back and ask if he could come. I said I already canceled and booked somewhere else. Right after that I received an invoice of 147,2$ for "Minimum call out includes first 30 mins on site". I tried to call to company but you sent me around talking to people who did not know what to do "Sorry I do not know, I need to discuss with my supervisor/ my head office. " and let me kept waiting while the due date of the invoice was 30/11! After 2 hours of waiting, I called back and a staff said she only made the booking, no supervisor or head office could answer until tomorrow! I totally give up! Felt ripped off! Lucky I did not buy anything from them! Waste of time and money! Maybe a bad review could not damage your company but if it was you would you happy to pay that?

I had Jeff's service this morning at my property. Job no. 1127255. Jeff removed the waste disposal which was broken few months before. He then replaced a basket waste pop up in the sink. I am very pleased with Jeff's excellent service and professionalism. Very neat job and Jeff remembered to disinfect the whole sink area and tidied up very well too. I will definitely recommend Jeff. Thanks a lot Jeff.

Felt ripped off. Asked them to replace an Insinkerator. Labour and unit was charged at $535.90! Plumber on site for 23 minutes. He said he already had a unit on the van and he lives close by. You can buy the Insinkerator E20 at Bunnings for $182 incl. Gst. They charged me $325. They charged my credit card as soon as the guy left. I politely complained about the high unit cost. Nobody cared or could be bothered to help. I would not trust this lot at all!

I have had Peter and Nathan come to my house to remove the black water pipes within my property that keep leaking. I want to say they are both absolutely amazing. Polite happy and very presentable. They carried out the replacement with least amount of damage and left very tidy. THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST! Thankyou Plumbquick.

Chris Davies was great for us, he came over to replace a tap mixer at our place, he was quick, direct, friendly and spent time to talk me through a few things. I would really recommend him and plumbquick company. Great service! I am very pleased with their service!

Have used their services in the past. Though previously have had good experience, of late the service is poor in terms of attending to job on time. The Plumber we have used is same one for most times and he is really good with his job. Problem is, of late the Office books the job and makes appointment but no one turns up on nominated day for the time and the Office does not bother to call and update of missed appointment/ delay. Had to cancel the job with them this week as booked on Monday, appointment was for Wednesday but no one turned up by Friday. Got someone else to come and have a look and it was resolved in 15 mins flat! Blocked kitchen incinerator is definitely not what you want to live with for that many days, especially when you have young ones at home.

We have used Plumbquick before and this time we had Jeff arrive to fix a leak he was very professional, friendly and really helpful. We will request Jeff again if ever we need plumbing services in our home his service was AAAA+

Chris Davies from Plumbquick provided a speedy response to our initial call when we discovered the cistern for one of our toilets was leaking. Chris quickly identified and explained the problem and offered to do costings for either a repair to the existing unit, or the installation of a new cistern. Given the age of the cistern, we opted for a replacement and Chris returned to do the installation a few days later.
As we have a second toilet, which is the same age and model as the one which had leaked, we asked Chris if he could provide and install a new cistern on this appliance as well. This work has just been completed. In both cases very professionally.
