This company is perfect and they help me a lot in communicate with the body co manager on my matters.they are good skills and very kind and helpful.very good job and they specialist in plumbing business.

Impressed with same day service. Job was done within 2 hours of calling their 0800 number. Got a call from Steven Auburn on the road, stating I was bumped up the list, due to no answers from other customers. He came through, struck problem after problem with my job, but found a way around every challenge. Steve is the man! I highly recommend Plumbquick - thanks for the excellent fast service and price.

Worst Experience, Not recommend! Wellington

Plumber turned up, spent 5 minutes. Diognosis. Toilet leak due to loose toilet, rusted anchor bolts and seal replacement required. Job to stay open until parts are sourced, Plumber advised possible toilet replacement.

1 week later, toilet still leaking into wall cavity, called their office for an update, polite operator advised she would pass on a message to plumber to call us.

2 weeks later toilet still leaking, no contact made, I called Auckland office who advised plumber was unable to source parts, I asked for a call from the plumber to discuss what options and how much to replace? Another week went by no contact made toilet still leaking.

I decided to take it into my own hands, I removed rusted bolts carefully and replaced with some bolts I picked up from bunnings.

Still yet to find a seal, bit more time went by we received an invoice for $138 payable to Plumbquick. What for the outstanding workmanship and Dedication?

It's just unfortunate it could be just one bad egg in the bunch

Excellent service from Wade M at Plumbquick. He was friendly, professional and fast and was great with our dogs (who can be a bit overfriendly). Fixed problems that had been bugging us for ages. He rang before he came as promised and showed up when he said he would. Really fast turnaround from calling him to fixing our issues - despite the crazy time of year. Would definitely recommend and will be calling him again the next time we need a plumber.

Awesome service! John Stewart arrived 15/11/18 to inspect the problem in the afternoon when we just called same day that morning and the next day our hot water cylinder was replaced and installed by 1pm 16/11/18 no mucking around! Good work John. Sri & Chris Clark

Had a blocked drain, called Plumb Quick as they had an offer for free CCTV inspection with drain clearing. Plumber Alex was friendly but seemed in a rush to leave. He said he'd come back to do the CCTV but did not show up and would not respond to messages.
