Rome from Service Desk provided excellent Customer Service and engineers that cane out to look at Air Con were very respectful. Would truly recommend using Trade Depot. Thank you for the great after care service!

Items were missing from my order, emails were ignored. I won't buy again.

2x $2.50 Glue cartridges were left out of my order. I emailed and was told to check my bag again - there is no way I could have missed them, they are double the size of all other items in my order. I emailed back twice more and they never responded. I guess I should be thankful I only lost $5 worth of glue and not one of the more valuable things I ordered. Buyer beware.

EDIT: Increased from 1 to 3 stars. Emailed the address in the response to this review and got it sorted. Took a while but got there in the end.

We have purchased three times from Trade Depot since 2020 (washing machine, fridge and vacuum). Their staff are great, however the culture of the business is not good and that must come from the top. After issues that began a year ago and never got resolved with the company I would never buy from them again and will continue to advise friends and family to stay away. The price is good but when there’s issues you get ignored and/or mislead (deliberately? I hope not!) and shocking record keeping on their part. 0/10 do not recommend. Only did a 3 star rating because they’re all human, it’s not the staff fault they can’t do the right thing, their management needs to sort their values out.

NOL the delivery man of the fridge is so patient and helpful he need to bring on the lift on a very narrow apartments, without any complain so satisfied with the Trade Depot, thank you

I would give zero stars but one is needed for a review. We have dealt with TD for the past 2+ years & it has been a completely stressful disaster. Aside from items broken & missing we have been waiting over a year for our cracked shower tray (due to a fault in their design) to be reinstalled. Every time someone emails us they have no record of another person talking to us & it's all been a nightmare. 1 year on since they said they would repair it & we are still waiting. Unacceptable! Kathleen Palencia is who we were dealing with originally but she seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth & no longer replies to us. 0 stars. Do not recommend this business.

One of the worst experiences ordering items for our house. Items damaged, very poor communication, items missing and no follow up. Incredibly frustrating. It’s not worth the cheaper cost when that many issues come with it and delay a house project.

A nightmare store!
We popped along to buy a washing machine on Sunday. Yes sure they can’t be beaten on price but…wait for it! They said they didn’t have it in stock, so they’d deliver it for free within the week. We made sure with the CSR that if it’s going to be delivered during the week to please ensure we are aware of it as we hadn’t moved into a new home yet and also work in the city. We’d have to organise before hand to make sure someone is there to accept the delivery and bring it in. He assured us that they’d be contact made prior and if we needed to reschedule that we could do so. On Tuesday at midday I received a message that they were going to deliver on Wednesday. No time provided. I followed the txt prompts and emailed that same day that Wednesday would not work and we’d need to reschedule. On Wednesday I got a txt to say the delivery was 30mins away and to prepare. I work 80km from this delivery address and had already stated that a reschedule would be needed. They ended up delivering the item and leaving it on the deck out back. Went to the store on my break and asked them to explain. The first guy tried to blame the delivery drivers, and then when I got speaking to the manager Ricky Mishra asking for an explanation he said this has happened three times in two weeks since he started working there. I made it clear that I was not living at this address and would now have to drive 80km after work to this address to claim the machine. What if the machine was damaged by the rain? He said he could organise $50 to cover the inconvenience. I said that would help in alleviating the situation but what if I get there and the machine is stolen or damaged by the rain. He said to go and check and let him know. I left the store, and returned to work. I had emailed after leaving the store with the details of our discussion and what the plan was eg $50 credit and I would check the machine. If it’s stolen or damaged that it would be covered by TradeDepot. I also Ricky to sign the back of my receipt acknowledging he accepted what we discussed. He also took a photo of this. When I had finished at 530pm I made my way to check on the machine. By the time I finished work and drove to the address, it had been sitting in the rain for 12 hours. I emailed again, with photos and no one got back to me. The next day during my lunch break i paid them another visit and I must add I sat there rejecting the delivery asking for my money back for 2 and a half hours! I spoke to ten different people. Never again will I go to trade depot! Dishonest folk, bad customer service, terrible after care. What a nightmare. Eventually got speaking to Alexander who was able to close off my issue, refund my money. Ps It took them another 8 days for TradeDepot to collect the washing machine that continued to sit on my deck. I love how the acting manager tried to blame the delivery driver. You need to stop hiring Indians. Zero customer care. Initially said they’d provide me with $50 to cover the inconvenience of having to drive out to the address to check this machine, and then later he denied that he said that and that it was actually only if I continued to do business with them. Do not go here! They take zero responsibility! L and do not care about your rights under the CGA!

Great experience,
The glass front of the Grill draw of my oven ‘blew out’ during a public holiday.
Within a a couple of hours of my Email Enquiry, I was contacted, quoted (way less$ than I expected), order placed & paid for.

Worst customer service experience. Ordered the item on 29th October 2021. Wrong item delivered. Mission to get the item re-delivered, and guess what again wrong item delivered but, wait there is more. Item delivered 3rd time on 25/11/2021 but only 1x instead of 20x. Sent 3 emails since 26/11/2021 but still waiting for the reply and the correct item to be delivered. It has been more than a month now. These people are useless when it comes to customer service.

Brought, Vanity set, Mirror and Bath with the guarantee that it was in stock and I would get it all delivered. It was not all in stock and when I queried when it would be I was told they didn't know. I asked to be credited for the whole amount since I had not received anything. 2 weeks later and 4 calls with promises of a credit and I still haven't received my credit/Refund. And its not like I had received any goods. Terrible experience. Trade with them at your own peril.

I ordered17 days ago have paid for it left messages and emails and no one has gotten back to me. Extremely disappointed on lack of communication. When ordered i checked all was in stock and it said 2 to 4 days delivery day 4 I had an email saying will be another 2 to 4 days and no one has contacted me since. In the mean time I am having to buy groceries day by day as no fridge till it arrives. If i had of known I could have done pick up rather than wasting so much money on daily shopping

Terrible service! I have got an item that hasn't been delivered that was ordered 6 weeks ago. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times and no answer! Why would you send just the vanity basin and not the vanity base? Both were paid for on the same day. This is delaying my bathroom upgrade. I would not recommend anyone to use them

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Order not received almost 2 moths later after the 5day max till you get it. No reply from staff 'looking for it', no answer on phone (hangs up on you), online talk says issue resolved after giving order number and still nothing has come! I want what I paid for!
