Ordered a laundry machine going on 2 weeks ago and no sign of it turning up anytime soon. Checked with delivery company and they also dont care so as you can imagine, not impressed. I'll change this review if n when I get the product.

This company is really unbelievably bad. I ordered vanity with basin top online they delivered broken basin top so I wasted my time and energy to contact and ask them to replace it but never get replied and never get the phone. So finally level goes step2, I drove from northshore to their showroom (25mins) and they send me to warehouse again (further 15mins) to get it and i al still wating 30mins in ther car to get my replacement in front of warehouse. Such a pain. Their poor customer service wasted my money, time, and energy. Soooooooooo anygry and annoying. They didn’t even do any little compensation either. Never buy anything from here

I would just would like to say a huge thank you for the amazing service with my new wall oven and the installation.
From ordering online, confirmation, delivery, and installation, was amazing and quick (All completed within 7 days)
Simon was the installer and his communication and service was exceptional. He arrived on time, installed quickly, and perfectly.

I bought a fridge in May 2021 which worked fine and service was good. Come November the fridge broke. We tried phoning to claim the warranty just to be advised to do an online form, submit and see what happens. We were told to do a couple of things to try and fix it before they send someone out. Did as we were told emailed them back with absolutely no response for 2 days. Emailed again twice with no response. Phoned them twice today 2/12/21 and they promised someone would be in touch today. Nothing! In the meantime I am without a fridge and no worry from trade depot. I am truly disappointed as I have bought from them before without issues. I guess my advise, read the fine print before a purchase because apparently a warranty does not mean anything to trade depot!

I had a large order, some items i chose were wrong, thinking this will be hard to return, i were wrong thanks to Joel, salesperson. Great effort by Joel. Thankyou

Ordered cookertop from Trade depot online, Can not contact Trade depot nor the Courrier and still waiting Received the cook top after 12 days and one element was not working, called them again. Refused to replace but promised to replace the element. Waiting more than 2 weeks for the replacement. NOTHING happened, Emails are nor being answered. Looking to resolve through Disputes tribunal

Bought a dishwasher in Feb 2021, which only last about 6 months and has stopped functioning. Went through the warranty process and provided all the required info, and haven't heard back from them. Not sure if Tradedepot is trying to get away from this problem as we still haven't heard from them at all.

We are happy with Mr Joey services today. He is amazing and very patience with providing us information each items require from us. We bought a fews items today, for sure we will recommend to our friend, family and our customers.

Recently bought 3 kitchen wall cabinets. They appeared to be out of stock at the time. So I asked when they would be back in. It was Sian who answered answered my query. A short while later she was in touch again and indicated that there were sufficient in the Christchurch store for my needs and gave me the payment details. I was kept up-to-date all the way through the transactions and shipping. The goods have duly arrived, just what I need. Trade Depot are great to deal with, I can highly recommend them.cheers

Do not buy this product especially the dishwasher that they offer - it is not supplied with the mounting brackets for the cabinet panel. These are proprietary and unique to the Midea brand. So you may not be able to purchase them anywhere in NZ - and obviously, neither will your kitchen installer. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. Subsequent support tickets raised with TradeDepot failed to resolve this (and - like other reviews, they took an incredibly long time to respond). So in conclusion, you are better to pay more and buy a reputable brand that already comes with the bracket - which in the end will be cheaper and less hassle.
And bear in mind that the after-sales support from TradeDepot is very poor.

Absolutely terrible customer service, possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced by any industry. We have a brand new dishwasher that has been leaking since we took ownership of a house we purchased. Over a month and still no technician has been arranged to visit. We paid for a plumber to look at the unit and he confirmed it’s defective so we want a replacement. We still have not been contacted. Ignore the price and the promises. It’s all to get your money. They don’t care about customers at all. Avoid

First gent i spoke to in the morning said the item was not in the warehouse. Lady in the afternoon must have better eye sight as she found it on the shelf. Since it was a washing machine bit hard to miss. She was very efficient and product appears after 3 days to be very good as well. Update 2021. Wish I had never purchased the washing machine. Parallel imported so only support is from Trade Depot. Repair guy useless. Buy known brands. Lesson learnt.

I was absolutely blown away by the service received. All items arrived on the dates promised. Sadly one of the cabinets had some damage to it (obviously happened in transit as the same damage was to the box). When I called Trade Depot they got back within the hour to say they will send a replacement. I decided to go to the store to pick it up instead. The guys that work out the back of the depot were to super helpful and efficient (not to mention friendly). This was at the Onehunga shop. Very impressed. Also changed my mind on two taps and the refunded me no worries. Jillian

Great experience start to finish. We went on Sunday (busiest day of the week) & we were checked on regularly, salesperson Sam talked us through all the options, being very clear about value for money & timeframe. Then the warehouse guys were awesome! So friendly & helpful.
Shoutout to the security/traffic control who stayed positive & enthusiastic even with his hands full.
