Very bad warranty service, I bought a washing machine one month ago and it makes horrible noise now. I camo to the store in person to fill out the post sale service form, and waiting at home for the technician to come for a whole day, but nothing happened. I keep calling the store, but no nody can give me answer. Very bed experience.

I had already viewed item I required (a fridge) on Trademe and clicked 'buy now'. Took Trademe purchase docs to Penrose store and was dealt with promptly. Waited only a little time - (10mins during which I bought some other well-priced items I required) before being advised fridge was ready to load. The guys loaded it into my ute for me. I'd say I received prompt courteous service. There's a wide range of well-priced items - I was surprised and would recommend Trade Depot.

Mirror sent out to me in a regional NZ town on time as stated, packaged well with no damage. Happy with the quality and price, an excellent online retailer all round.

Service is so poor it’s not even funny!
Ok, you might save a dollar but you stand to loose way more having to reschedule Tradees as orders you’ve paid for have not been delivered (which I’ve noticed is a common theme here!)
Better off paying a bit extra somewhere else where customer service is valued from start to finish.

Pay for what you get guess!

Socking service. Took them one week to deliver a fridge which my family needed ASAP. Never came, then I rejected the purchase knowing that it will never come from this low life place. Then still waiting for a refund on afterpay, after 3 emails, 4 phone contacts. Probably the worst place to purchase anything from. Absolute shocker. Seems like person in charge does not care and phone people are clueless

I had a great experience at trade depot. I was spoken to as soon as I walked in. I gave the guy the product number and he went straight out to get it lifted out. Then we did the purchase, drove around and picked it up. Only took about 20 minutes all up. I told the guy I was in a hurry as I didn't want to get tied up in later afternoon Auckland traffic. So very good. I have not installed the product yet so can't comment on that side of things. I purchased a stove for my client. The only down side would be a lack of parking when things are busy it can get a bit jammed up. So go at a quite time ring and ask when is a good time to shop. Cheers.

Haven’t had the greatest experience with trade depot item out of stock and poor communcation lead to being a very avoidable frustrated customer however served by Enricho who made the process absolutely smooth and couldn’t recommend his service enough well done to help ease my experience great outcome in the end

Bought several items.served by Enrico who was fantastic. Unpacked goods to find fridge had a bad dent on one corner and shower tray was split. Contacted Enrico who personally delivered a replacement shower tray. However have not heard anything regarding the damaged fridge. Products are well priced but be prepared to wait for pickup after purchase for us it was about 2 and 1/2 hours wait after purchase until goods were available.

I visited trade depot last weekend - at first I was dubious as their pricing was too low HOWEVER i was absolutely delighted to see that the products on offer were similar to that with well known brand names, Staff were busy but very helpful and friendly. THANKS TRADE DEPOT - I will be shopping with you again

Ordered and paid for a sink. Rang and told it was in stock. Got there a few hours later for picku and was told none in stock. So drove all that way for a refund. Stupid me later ordered an oven a few weeks later. Told it would arrive on october 3rd. Calles today (October 7) to check. Will arrive in December. Were you planning on telling me? Now trying to get a refund. Trade depot is the worst place to deal with. This is my FIRST negative review ever. Avoid this company.

Still waiting for a response on a dishwasher I paid for on the 10th October. Customer service put me through to Despatch who don't answer the phone. 2 emails sent but still no response from anyone. Delivery is quoted as 3 to 5 days but as we are now on the 15th ot sure how that's going to work. Am going to send yet another email today but am not impressed.

Appalling service. Waited 3 weeks for a bath to be delivered. Kept promising us the next day. Had to pick up half our order ourselves and they gave us the wrong items. DO NOT use if you want a fast delivery

I bought couple of items from Trade depot few weeks ago. One was out of stock and, unfortunately, there were no updates from sales team until I started to harass them over the phone. To their respect though, prices in the shop are best in town. Selection is good. And team responded promptly to all my email and phone queries. I had to refund one item and this was done fast and easy.
Overall, would shop there again!

Terrible experience. Ordered products on 18th September and they have not delivered them (now 5th November). I've emailed several times and either don't receive a response or they say they will deliver tomorrow and the product never arrives. Would never order from this company again. I've reported to the bank to dispute the transaction and will report them to the Commerce Commission
