Dafydd and Connor were really helpful.
I'd been to Noel Leeming in Hastings to try and replace Bluetooth ear buds that I had received for Christmas because one wasn't charging. Rata at first refused to replace or refund without sending the ear buds away to see if I had broken them. After speaking to a manager she said there were none of that model in stocks and that was that.
I went into the Napier store and Dafydd and Connor replaced with a different model, no dramas, no hassle. Would recommend Napier store any day but not Hastings.

Useless to direct me to your online service when trying to contact the Napier store.

Staff are unwelcoming. Make you feel like you're bothering them and they'd much rather be anywhere else. I had stopped going there a decade ago for the same reason. Nothing has changed even though there are different staff. Only went coz I had to. Insurance company uses them. I'll never willingly go there again. I don't need there bad vibe. -5

When entering Napier shop Pawan approached me to ask if he cud assist me. I was looking to upgrade my laptop and told him what I needed. He answered my queries instantly.gave me a number of options to choose from.and I did not feel pressured to make a decision at any time. He knew his product and advised accordingly. I purchased on his advice.thank you Pawan.enjoyed doing business with yiu

At the moment they are experiencing product problems with stock due to covid as some product are not available

Have some laptops on display but not in stock which is annoying. Hastings store stuffed up our ipad order. And they tried to give us 2 ipad keyboards instead of an ipad and a keyboard. The manager was algood but still our experience was not upto expectations. Also felt like they rammed the there version of apple care down our throat. Overall a bit disappointed.

Have encountered good service here. Go and see Nathan who served me. Managed to source a clearance tv for me when I thought that none existed and answered all my questions. Sale at the register was quick and painless. Delivery was right on time.

Service was nowhere to be found. Went for a dyson vaccum cleaner, came out with an Electrolux. Counted 4 on the counter 1 sitting out the back. But not 1 person to help. Better service at the warehouse next door

Amazing, informed staff. They were able to help with my purchase requirements. And I received a bonus to boot!

Had an order online and collect. Easyly done. Even scanned my barcode that I cellphotographed off my computer screen! Helpful staff.

Noel Leemings is the best technology shop ever. Staff are friendly and have heaps of knowledge about tvs, housewares appliances.
I have bought a few items from them over the years.

It's either a feast or famine, staff wise in this store. A 10 minute wait to be served, not because there was a queue, just one person serving. Got there in the end.

Sometimes the service is OK, most of the times the staff behave in a way that they don’t want to be there helping you. I’ve had one instance where the staff was a bit condescending. Since I’ve had the opportunity to visit over many years, I’ve decided that a 2 star is appropriate.

At times they need more staff on the floor and you are left waiting. This is because of low staff numbers rather than it was busy. Reasonable deals but their displays are a little limited i.e. I think they try to cover too many categories with tye space they have.

I have to share how amazing Kat's knowledge was on the items I was interested in in store today. Friendly, clear and informative. Top notch service.

Have been ok to deal with but in the past have been unable to locate my orders and have also had an order arrive and not been notified for over 2 weeks. Staff a generally pretty good maybe their systems letting them down?

When you not tec savy. Staff are very happy to explain in simple words. Very helpful. Walk out with very nice TV and sound equipment. Week later got a service call asking if we where happy. That impressed me!
