Okay shop but watch out for those deals that you have to claim extra products like Samsung ear buds. My wife is having trouble claiming her ear buds.

I hadn't shopped at Noel Leeming for quite a while - my past experiences of service hadn't been great. However, today I needed advice on buying a new TV and was really pleased with the sensible advice provided in language that wasn't overly technical.

Awesome service. The best and most informative salesperson that supplied what I wanted and gave me all options for the additional sound bar which I wanted to get. Excellent.

Staff can see you're waiting but appear to ignore us. 1 staff member deserves credit but never got his name.otherwise no prob.

Very disappointed after purchasing a Belkin 10w charging station. I was told it would suit any iPhone, Samsung etc and explained to the salesman I wanted something that would charge my iPhone 6SPlus and an iPhone 11 I was going to purchase. He said it would do all iPhones! Well it doesn’t, it only does iPhone 8 and upward. What a waste of money, but I have destroyed the box etc it came in so cant return it. Staff need to be more informative of what they sell.

Disappointed in the poor service and false promises that items were in store and being delivered.

It took over 20 minutes for service in store, the team seemed to lack product knowledge and three weeks after payment of items over 5k they still have not arrived.

This shop will find every excuse in the world not to replace a faulty product. It is just about to the stage of going to FAIR GO!

I communicated initially by phone with Chloe in the Napier branch of Built in Cooking.who was friendly, polite, helpful and listened. Chloe sent through information, via email, on the product, as she said she would.
Emails passed between us about delivery and payment.
We entered the store the next day. We met Chloe who was very natual in her manner and clear in her communication. We looked at the product in store and purchased two.
Payment in full was made and we were informed delivery would be in 2 weeks time. We were happy and expected this.

Thank You so very much to the lovely Kat, who we met on Friday, while visiting Napier. My husband needed a connection for his car (all to do with USB from an old lighter connection). They weren't able to help BUT Kat was extremely helpful in assisting us and directing us to Jaycars (also very helpful). Thank You Kat for going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

You're welcomed by the helpful staff when you enter the store. The staff know the products and are able to answer any questions you may have. They let you look through the store without hanging around closely to you, you feel free to browse.

There is a huge variety of well known brands definitely something for everyone. The prices are quite low also. With so much space and a well set out shop you can freely move around if you're in a wheelchair.

Knowledgeable, friendly team. My first place to go for electronics every time. Spacious, well layed out and nice clear pricing. And the flybuys is an added bonus!

New phone. No interest by salesman. Presumably age related. No advice. No suggestions. Just wanted to sell.
