After waiting 2 months for a loan phone as my speaker has broken on my BUSINESS phone under warrantee.napier store has done nothing to fix the situation. 2 months and you don't have a loan phone? For a business customer? Seriously!
It took a long time to get a sales person's attention then they cold another sales person that you the product better and they didn't come and find me eventually walked out
Great when they want to sell you something but completely unhelpful when you ask for any technical help. Any technical help needed and you have to pay for it, even a phone call!

Excellent service if u catch dion otherwise despite being lots of them u seem to find them congregating in packs as far away as possible. Otherwise theres great bargains and this is my go to appliance shop. Enjoying my new bread maker
The staff were friendly and wonderful would of been great if not that awful "assistant manager". Not going to go into exact detail but tried to lie us and then had the courage to call us rude and basically ban us from the store. We had to get something fixed for about $200. We didn't want to pay since there are cheaper options but apparently there was a fee for checking the product. The fee was around $90 but the assistant manager lied and tried to charge us the full $200. Absolutely disgusted
