70The staff are very helpful, knowledgable, & friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. If your goods are faulty breakdown or whatever, they exchange it very quickly (providing you have product insurance). Great place, products are excellent.
Went in to purchase a new Laptop after my husband talked to someone on the phone with regards to the best sort of Laptop and deal the person we spoke to was Conor B. He was very helpful he even helped me out with my purchase of a new Microwave. We even had fun with the eftpost machine we had fun. Keep up the great work all of you. ️
Staff generally very nice. Tina (manager at the time) condescending and not pleasurable to deal with. Took my money elsewhere solely due to her. Well done

Approach the male staff members, they are way more helpful with no attitude!
I was made to wait 15 minutes, at the till, there was no other customers at the counter with me. Just two female staff members with their backs to me talking about what shelf to put their phones on.it was pathetic of them to say the least.
After traveling for two hours to collect an expensive item that id phoned that morning for, to make sure there was stock.
I thought these ladies were rude, and avoiding serving? They underestimated the priority of serving the customer.
11 months later and still waiting for my washing machine to be fixed or replaced that was rand new at the time

Not very helpful staff. Rebuffed when I wanted to ask about a product so I just left the store.
I do buy alot of things for work and for myself. Always a good selection and they price match with PB tech or other places.

Went to Buy a house lot of appliances and the guy in the appliance section wasn't remotely intereseted more interested in his phone told us to go online to work out what we wanted
but the only thing i will be doing is going somewhere else. Have bought off NL before and will never darken their door again Harvey Norman always welcome us so back there again i guess
Went here to buy my iPhone 12. Excellent service and knowledge from the young men who know all about them. Can’t say the same about Hastings Noel Leeming where I had originally gone to buy it, and walked out due to a sad lack of service. Will always go to Napier now.

I reviewed this store 4 years ago gave 5 stars & said excellent service. I returned yesterday. Im now altering to 1 star & worst service. Fyi Hastings got my sale today. Too bad commission is obviously not needed by team here.

The website is rubbish at showing stock. Harvey Norman's is much better.
I ordered a washing machine online for collection from the Napier store. The website showed Noel Leeming had stock. After waiting five days without an update on my order's progress I called the 0800 number to find out more.
The telephone operator informed me Fisher&Paykel don't have stock for a month and I'd have to wait. I told them the website showed that NL had stock, which is why I bought from NL. The telephone operator then told me New Plymouth had stock but Napier doesn't have stock. I requested a transfer from New Plymouth to Napier, which should happen next week. So I'm waiting another week.
My issues is with the online service. A good website, for example Harvey Norman website, shows which stores have stock and informs the buyer of a cost to transferring product between stores. This gives the buyer an idea of when the product will be available to collect. The HN website is transparent. The NL website and online service is not.
I had to chase NL to get a progress report. I had to ask about stock in other stores. I had to ask for a transfer to be made. The stock transfer should have been automatic and the progress report should ve automatic. Communication is key. I will contact NL next week to find out if the stick transfer will happen.
Picked up a 28in HDMI screen plus keyboard and mouse to get more screen real estate on an intel 4 core laptop. Comparing an All-in-one dual core 28in ($1900) to the screen and keyboard combo ($700) plus the fact the All-in-one had to be ordered in and the price differential made it a no brainer.
All in all, good staff interaction, quick and pleasant transaction and a happy purchase. (. And no need to configure a new desktop.)
Extremely slow service. Waited for at least 40 minutes until someone finally came and helped us purchase a tv.
I'm not usually a fan of Noel Leeming, but Kadin (that's what the receipt says his name is) was very helpful. He gave me some great advice, and he was very insightful. He gave me some of the best customer service I've had here in Hawke's Bay which isn't saying much admittedly. The store seems to have a very good team at the moment.
