Good in-store, just never bothered to ring as promised with delivery info, bought on the internet instead

Double check the invoice. Said no to extra warranty, salesman slid it in, and after an hr of waiting around for the finance papers, I hurried to sign and didn't notice he'd done that. Definitely not a mistake as I clearly said I didn't need it.

Pushy salespeople, but good products at decent prices.

Twice went in store. Wasn't overly busy. Waited over 30 minutes to get assistance but it appears nobody wanted my business. Most likely won't go back a 3rd time.

Customer service is really fast and got the new airpods 3rd generation!

They didn't have the product they are currently advertising and weren't interested in giving us a raincheck or even call us when it comes in.

Love this shop its the only place that sells my vac bags, you can use zip pay here as well and take the goods the same day as well I love this shop

Skully is awsome he helped me when every other staff member was avoiding me which is frustrating. One important thing- skully showed me the product that was best bang for buck rather than the most expensive item. Awesome really thanks skully

Great store. Friendly staff always asking whether they can help. Good product displays allowing you to have a hands-on experience before buying, which is nice compared to buying online. Good amount of stock, and otherwise product is instore next business day.

Always had good service from this shop. Nice helpful staff. Get good discounts with our Gold Cards, or NZMCA cards. Recommend to all.

After waiting on for 10 mins on the phone I didn’t finish asking my question before they hung up. There is no customer follow up call back no care for the customer.

My first sad review! Firstly, dont try ringing this place they will put you in a foul mood with their unhelpful phone staff. I have spent over 20 grand in this store in 5 years and they couldnt find me on their computer when my dryer broke down. After a 10 min wait on the ph they got back to me with instructions to order a repair man through them but first pay 75 bucks for their man to come out and see if its a product fault or human error. What a sad system that is.p. S. [I am speaking on behalf of a destraught 80 yr old]

The guy who tried to serve me was rude. Straight out said they didn't stock it. I said site says different. He says show me. I say no, you go do your job.

Just browsed and didn't buy anything but usually NL are all good so will update this when I buy something. Probably a phone.

Excellent customer service. In the space of 40min, 5 different staff members offered assistance, and not in that. "watch that person they look like they gonna steal stuff way". Great product knowledge for Bluetooth speakers and headsets.as that's what I was there for.
Clean showroom. Cash register line was moving swiftly.

We love going to this place. Yesterday was no exception as we got some of the most impressive assistance from SAM. Thankyou Sir.

It's not been the first time we went there and an item of interest wasn't available. If a company advertises a special on front page of their brochure and then it's not in store there must be something majorly wrong with them. The attendent's excuse "it should arrive any day now" didn't help. We won't be back. Noel Leeming Whangarei is a waste of time.
