There had been some confusion regarding an Alexia machine supplied by The Blind foundation for my elderly 94 year old blind mother. I had been advised that one of the Noel leeming staff was to go and programme the machine in for her.
Ronnie was empathetic to the point where she arranged to liaise with the staff member, also coordinate times & dates with the manger of the Rest Home my mum resides in. The Manger rang me to confirm it had all been set up to go when the recent levels of covid are lifted. A huge big Thank you RONNIE for taking the time and making the entire situation stress free you were a star.

Excellent customer service, easy get around, on my power wheelchair and mobility scooter, have a good deal on, television and door bell security camera system, and when I out and about, I can still see who at my place, and talk to them, thank you staff.

I bought a camera for a certain price on my zip card when I picked it up i saw the same camera for 130 dollars less when I enquired about it they said because I used a zip payment they could not do anything for me and i find it is all BS i wont be shopping there again fell ripped off I'm discussed with them that's not how to do business. I have spent money in this store but i wont be again.

Customer service was welcoming but when the items I wanted weren’t on the self and I asked him to try order some. He old me to buy them online and wouldn’t even bother looking the item up to see if they stocked it after I asked him twice. Even if he knew they didn’t I would of appreciated the effort to double check.

Always great service. So much more pleasant shopping when there are great staff on the floor to help you and advise. Well done Noel Leeming.

Some nice people with experience. But completely useless at answering phone calls. As in, they don't.

Have had my very expensive Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner back in store under warranty for 4 weeks now and after repeatedly phoning to see whats happening, being promised someone would call back and never being contacted, have finally been advised it had only arrived at Dyson yesterday. Not impressed at all. Back up service is rubbish especially as they don't offer a spare to use while yours is away.

Maybe still recovering from Covid, not enough staff on check out, but great help from floor staff

Emailed the commerce commission to complain about the pricing. Their sale prices were more than their every day prices. Absolute scam.

Incompetent salesperson when buying a drier, swapped the price after promising they had stock and confirmed the price. Spent $10k in 2 years there but won’t be going back to any of the chain stores.

I am a difficult customer lol, I expect the sales person to know the answers to all my questions about the product I want to purchase. Pros and cons, I told them the issues that I had with my last microwave what went wrong with it etc, and I wanted to purchase one that wouldn't fail me in that area again etc. They never let me down, super friendly, super patient staff, just love the Whangarei branch. Not just that product but many others.

Last week I bought a Huawei phone from your shop in whangarei for $449.00. Today I see they are advertised for $70.00 less. I have been a customer for many years but will not shop there again. I feel I should have been informed by the sales staff.

Worst service I have experienced. I went in with the intention of buying a wall oven, cooktop and range hood for our new kitchen. Got sick of waiting for someone to serve us, walked out in the end. So glad we did, thanks Noel Leeming, we got a far better deal at our local 100 percent store.

Been in and totally ignored several times. It used to be a good experience to shop here, what has changed? I have purchased several items elsewhere.

Store was well stocked, sales staff not too overbearing, quick to find the item I wanted and didn't push me to purchase an extended warranty. Bought some wireless Sony headphones.

Salesman was rude because l would not buy what he recommended. I actually felt he was condescending because l pointed out to him l was not prepared to spend $900 on a fan.
