Good quality gear but don't hold your breath on customer service. You literally have to go find someone to help you.
Spent nearly 40 minutes listening to the sales pitch re lap tops, decided on one. Then told they didn't have it in stock. Then said we would take the second option. Only to be told that wasn't in stock either. 40 wasted minutes!
