Tui Medical Accident and Medical Centre Rototuna

The tui team rocks no matter which clinic. The nurse serina, was helpful, respectful, supportive and most importantly approachable. No question was a wrong question and she was able to answer them all.

It definitely has improved in the waiting room to see Doctor but when you can only see an urgent care Dr. & paying $100 you expect to be seen within 30mins! In my case I was able to go through ACC.which was fortunate but
I still had to wait 1hour 30mins would you believe? Not good enough! What if I was bleeding heavily or in agony, scream for help? Also some people have to wait for 2weeks to see any Doctor! I realize everywhere in NZ.we are short of GPS. When is this going to improve, the big question?

My only concern is waiting time to obtain an appointment with my GP. All the GP's, Nursing Staff at Tui Rototuna are all such caring professional Doctors, giving such wonderful care.

Well organized. Everything was done so quickly. Doctor was very nice and dig my past record and prescribed right tablets to take and x-ray.was really good.

Tui doctors were kind and thorough. Referred my child to another tui medical to see a doctor who specializes in moles for a second opinion. As parents we greatly appreciated that.

I find them very helpful and you are treated like a individual they take time to listen to you

I have found the doctors and staff at Tui Medical Rototuna Hamilton are very helpful and caring. I would like to say that my doctor is one of the best. It's a shame that we have to wait so long to get an appointment but I suppose that shows what a great team they are where people love to visit. Great service and keep up the super work.guys

I visited urgent care last night, Dr. Sanjay was very caring and supportive, the treatment he offered drastically managed my symptoms. For the medication, he explained why, how and what for. He was so easy to talk to and well listened. I also got a prompt attention from the receptionist. The whole team was great with excellent service. Thank you

Absolutely shocking. Came in with our baby (cost $55 to be seen?) because he had a temp of 39.1 and shortness of breath, was made to wait over an hour. We ended up leaving and went to Angelsea instead and went in instantly. Will NEVER go back to Tui Medical and will be letting others know of this experience. Absolutely ridiculous, this could have been an emergency situation. And since when do people get charged for babies healthcare? Tui seem to be more interested in making money than helping people.

Always a pleasant visit from arrival at reception through to the doctors consult and into the pharmacy.

I had an exvellent visit to Tui Rototuna ED last Saturday. Wait for triage was short. Issue sorted quickly.

Very happy being a patient at Tui medical. Very friendly nurses, doctors and receptionist staff. Get test results quickly and am happy to use their on line web page to book applications.

My first appointment at Rototuna went well, got the app sorted, and enjoyed talking to the lovely young Doctor, who answered my questions.

The reception was excellent and efficient, the doctor listened to my questions and gave me a thourgh examination, I was pleasantly surprised by this.
