Very friendly, helpful staff. Even with ithese strange covid rules, behind the masks you can still see the smiles. I wouldn't go to any other medical center - Rototuna being the best of all.

Tui medical situated in the heart of Rototuna shopping village. Plenty of parking with great access to other facilities such as the pharmacy and other clinical services.
Tui medical itself is always a positive experience. Doctors, nurses and other staff are excellent and Dr. Koshy who heads it up is doing an awesome job.

Excellent experience. Recently I had COVID and I was overwhelmed by the support and care given by Tui Medicals. They called me everyday to find out how I was, sent medicines and gave me excellent support to get over COVID.

The Tui experience I have found very thorough so much so other family members now go there as well.
The only one thing would be I wish I have a long term doctor as I have continual health issues. I just get to know a new doctor then they leave.

Believe it or not I find it a pleasure to attend this Medical Centre Rototuna- from stepping inside the sliding glass doors to the friendly efficient service from the front of house staff to the caring doctors and supporting staff. Their service is exemplary! The facility is well maintained and has a cared for feeling. It was heartening to hear staff laughing - the best medicine.

I had an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. I didn't have to wait very long and all staff were very efficient and professional.

On behalf of my mother who is a patient it has been our experience with all associated with Tui Medical Parkwood as well the Pharmacy that the service of care is gold star. Only once have we experienced a concern but that was pure administration otherwise treatment throughout the seven years mother has been a client from all three doctor's has been marvellous.
